Hello Park is now in 12 countries.
This means that training partner teams has become an art in itself.
Yesterday, the management company completed a training cycle for parks on a new topic — "Voxels."
The update is already starting to roll out in all parks across the network throughout March.
The final session took place for the teams of two parks in Colombia, and it looked truly international:
• The webinar was in English
• The slides were in Spanish
• Translation was provided by Google Meet’s automatic subtitles
The materials were shown directly in the park — projected onto the wall of one of the play installations.
At the end, employees asked questions live, and a colleague from the partner side helped translate them into English.
Why do we pay so much attention to this?
Because the depth of training directly affects the park's results: revenue, sales, NPS, and guest return rates.
Therefore, the Hello Park team will continue to enhance partner training worldwide.
Our goal is not just to open new locations, but to build the largest network of phygital parks that children will love in any country 🌍
